We opted for just the drop-off delivery, but the driver still went the extra mile anyway and helped us bring it inside and arrange it.

After shopping at several of the big chain stores looking for a nice sofa that fits in an apartment size room I had no luck. All the major chains don't offer high-end sofas in small sizes. I drove by the sign for sofaUSA and thought I'd check it out, I ended up having one made for less than The big chain stores and it was ready within a couple weeks once I received it I thought the cushions were a little firm and they replaced them for me at no charge within two days. A+ service.

Sofa USA is a great furniture store, i like the idea that we get to get real manufactured furniture and customize it based off of the style and color. Lucy was a very helpful, professional, and understanding of what we wanted in our house. We also like if we wanted to change the color of our furniture in a couple years we can let them know and they can change the color to whatever we like. Overall, great experience.
